After completing any online course, you can receive a certificate issued as Clock Hours or Continuing Professional Education (CPE). Some courses also have optional continuing education units (CEU); refer to information in the course descriptions for details.
Follow these steps to find your certificates within CLI Engage, then email and/or print copies for your records. If your CLI Engage account is connected to TECPDS, your completion certificates will automatically transfer to your personal account on the Texas Workforce Registry.
Note: If you are switching accounts in CLI Engage, we strongly recommend you download all certificates before switching your account.
Log on to https://cliengage.org. Locate the purple banner Online Learning and Professional Development. Click on My Enrolled Courses.
Click on My Learning to see menu. Select My Certificates.
Courses with a certificate issued will be listed. The issued date is also included. Click on the Certificates to view the certificate for the course listed.
The certificate will look like this.
On the upper left hand side, select an option for either a clock hour certificate or a CPE (continuing professional education) hour certificate. The certificate can be printed out or downloaded.
You may also request that the certificate be emailed to you.
Print or save your certificates on your computer. Complete these steps again for any other course completion certificates.
If your CLI Engage account is connected to the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS), your completion certificates will automatically transfer to your personal account on the TECPDS Texas Workforce Registry.
Opt-in to connect your CLI Engage account to your account on TECPDS. You can also manually upload your certificates into your TECPDS account.
If you are switching accounts in CLI Engage, we strongly recommend that you download all certificates before switching your account. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer professional development completion certificates between accounts at this time. Please save copies of your completion certificates, and use your free TECPDS account to manage your personal career pathway.
