CLI Engage provides live support throughout the school year during scheduled office hours to help users get answers to questions and solve problems.
Before Joining Office Hours
- Use the correct meeting link for the day and time you join.
- You may wait in the virtual lobby while we assist others. Thank you for your patience.
- Check your technology to ensure your speaker, microphone, and volume are working.
- Be ready and focused so the Support team can help you efficiently.

District-Level Office Hours
For district administrators and staff managing CLI Engage data and reports.
Monday & Tuesday
- 9:00–11:00 a.m. CT
- 2:00–3:30 p.m. CT
General Office Hours
For all users with any questions about CLI Engage.
Wednesday through Friday
- 9:00–11:00 a.m. CT
- 1:00–4:00 p.m. CT
Closed Office Hours
Office hours and phone support are not available on holidays or in-service dates.
Please note, office hours will close for the summer starting on June 29, 2026.
