CLI Engage provides live support throughout the school year during scheduled office hours to help users get answers to questions and solve problems. Office hours will reopen before the 2026-2027 school year.

Wednesday through Friday
- 9:00–11:00 a.m. CT
- 1:00–4:00 p.m. CT
Office Closures
Office hours and phone support are not available on holidays, in-service dates, or during the summer.
