TSR Online:
TSR Online resources are available at no cost to the following eligible programs:
- Public school districts in Texas
- Open enrollment charter schools in Texas
- Head Start programs in Texas
- Public higher education institutions in Texas
- Current Texas Rising Star Certified Providers and Child Care Services (CCS) Providers
- Current and former Texas School Ready participants (2003-present, more information below)
- Child care programs participating in the Texas Infant-Toddler Specialist Network (ITSN)

Not a part of any of the programs listed above? Then public access is for you. These resources are available at no cost, no eligibility required.
Former Texas School Ready Participants
We are thrilled to be able to offer ongoing, online access to Texas School Ready resources for our former participants. Complete our short application form with information about your TSR participation (program or teacher). Please note that you MUST sign-up as a TSR Online participant in order to access the prekindergarten, kindergarten, or first and second grade assessment systems. These progress monitoring systems are NOT available through Public Access accounts.
