We have lots of users on CLI Engage, from parents to early childhood teachers and administrators in thousands of schools. Review our CLI Engage User Roles Descriptions to learn about the different roles and determine which role might be best for you. Most Texas users can access CLI Engage at no cost. Our Public Access account is designed for parents and any early childhood professionals outside the free eligibility. Many CLI Engage resources are available for all users, including public access.

CLI Engage is available at no cost to thousands of schools and programs in Texas. Learn more about this eligibility, known as TSR Online. We also have a Public Access account that offers free access to a large set of our resources, at no cost for any programs who may not be eligible for our TSR Online package.
The Children’s Learning Institute also offers fee-based CLI Engage access to non-eligible programs seeking specific resources beyond our Public Access suite. Contact the CLI Solutions Group for more information.

CLI Engage has many child progress monitoring reports to support teachers, instructional specialists, administrators, and directors. Yes, CLI Engage is designed to support teachers in making data-based instructional decisions based on child progress monitoring data to maximize learning opportunities for children. We have a customized small grouping tool that automatically assigns children to small groups and offers recommended activities to support each skill area from our CIRCLE Activity Collection.
The kindergarten literacy screener is part of the Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment on CLI Engage. TX-KEA features multiple waves of assessment (BOY, MOY, and EOY), so you can combine literacy screener administration with ongoing progress monitoring.
Yes, we have lots of online trainings for early childhood professionals! Login to your CLI Engage account to access professional development across any topics, including progress monitoring training, in-depth child skill development, and more. If you’re new to CLI Engage but need access to your district’s data for ECDS, submit a help ticket and be sure to mention “ECDS” so we can prioritize your access. We highly recommend that users exporting data for ECDS have the community/district user roles on CLI Engage.
