On CLI Engage, administrators can grant access to their data on the system at any time. For example, public school administrators can grant access to Education Service Center (ESC) staff to assist with uploading and exporting student data, as well as reviewing data to support instruction and professional development planning.
Only administrators (community/district users and specialists) can request that the CLI Engage support staff grant, or remove, this access. Any requests made by other users will be confirmed with the administrator on record with CLI Engage. Additionally, only CLI Engage staff can grant access to data at the community level (all school district data, etc).
Requests to grant data access to community-level data are submitted as help tickets. To begin, click the “Help ” button from any page on CLI Engage and select “Submit a Help Ticket” from the drop down:
Submit a help ticket and indicate that you would like to share your community data and the people who would be granted access. For example, include information for the ESC PreK specialist(s) supporting your schools.
For example, type something similar in the details of the ticket:
Please grant access to my community on CLI Engage to the following people.
The CLI Engage support team will process your request. If someone other than a community/district user or specialist has requested this access, the support team will confirm the request with the administrator on record with CLI Engage before moving forward.
After the access is granted, the person will have access to all your community data, including teacher and student data, under the administrative tools, as well as options to export child progress monitoring reports.
If the person does not currently have an account on CLI Engage, he or she will receive an email inviting them to register on CLI Engage:
