District-Level Office Hours: Monday & Tuesday
Specialized assistance targeting the unique needs of district users who are responsible for managing CLI Engage data and state reporting requirements for their district.

Open Office Hours: Wednesday-Friday
Assistance on any subject area to support the varied needs of all users utilizing CLI Engage resources.

We’re excited to help you and really appreciate your patience! Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- To protect everyone’s privacy, the host will admit one participant at a time.
- Please DO NOT click “Admit” as it will add everyone to the same call.
- You might wait in a virtual lobby until the person ahead of you gets the help they need.
- If you’ve already submitted a Help Ticket, have your ticket number handy–it starts with CEHD.
- Before joining, make sure the volume on your computer/device is set correctly.
- If your call is about TECPDS, the host will assist you as much as possible and may guide you to submit a TECPDS help ticket for further support.
- Once it’s your turn, the host would appreciate your focused attention to best serve you.
