Packages
CLI Engage resources are divided into two packages
- TSR Online includes resources originally developed for the Texas School Ready project (e.g., Circle Pre-K suite, including Circle Progress Monitoring assessments and eCircle professional development courses). TSR Online now includes expanded resources for infants through 2nd grade, available for free for eligible programs.
- Public Access provides many resources at no cost and with no eligibility requirements. All you need is a free Google account to access and use the available professional development courses and activity collections.

Access
Free access with and without eligibility
TSR Online resources are available at no cost to the following eligible programs:
- Public school districts in Texas
- Open enrollment charter schools in Texas
- Head Start programs in Texas
- Public higher education institutions in Texas
- Current Texas Rising Star Certified Providers and Child Care Services (CCS) Providers
- Current and former Texas School Ready participants (2003-present, more information below)
- Child care programs participating in the Texas Infant-Toddler Specialist Network (ITSN)

Purchase user licenses to access
TSR Online resources are also available to organizations outside of Texas and those that do not meet eligibility criteria. By purchasing user licenses from CLI Solutions Group, access is available to the collection of TSR Online resources, including the assessment systems. Former Texas School Ready Participants
We are thrilled to be able to offer ongoing, online access to Texas School Ready resources for our former participants. Complete our short application form with information about your TSR participation (program or teacher). After your eligibility is confirmed, a member of the our Support Team will contact you with more information and an email invitation to register.CLI Engage Tools and Resources

Please note that you MUST sign-up as a TSR Online participant in order to access the prekindergarten, kindergarten, or first and second grade assessment systems. These progress monitoring systems are NOT available through Public Access accounts.

CLI Engage uses your Google ID as a unique username and password for user authentication so that no additional username and/or password is required to access the platform. You may already have a Google ID if you use Google products such as Gmail or Google+; if you do not, it takes just a few seconds to set one up through our signup process.
