If your issue requires more detailed support, we may schedule a follow-up meeting to better assist you.

School Year Support

Open Office Hours resume August 4, 2025, and continue through June 2026.

District-Level Office Hours: Monday & Tuesday

For district staff managing CLI Engage data and reports:

• 9:30–11:00 AM CT
• 2:00–3:30 PM CT

Please be sure to click the meeting link at the correct day and time.  Check the vacation schedule in case office hours are paused.

To help your session go smoothly, please keep the following in mind:

• One-on-One Support: To protect everyone’s privacy, participants will be admitted one at a time.
•  Please Don’t Click “Admit”: Only the host should admit participants. Clicking “Admit” may accidentally bring everyone into the same call.
•  Waiting Room: You may be in the virtual lobby for a while as we assist others ahead of you—but rest assured, we’ll get to you as soon as possible!
•  Have a Help Ticket? If you’ve submitted a Help Ticket, please have your ticket number ready (it starts with CSC).
•  Check Your Tech: Before joining, make sure your speaker, microphone, and volume are working properly.
•  TECPDS Questions? The host will assist as much as possible and may guide you to submit a TECPDS Help Ticket for further support.
•  Be Ready: When it’s your turn, your focused attention helps us serve you more efficiently.
